Monday
  • Academic English 8 – Continue work on active and passive voice – discuss exercises 3 and 4. Complete next 2 exercises in packet. (Essential Question: How does voice affect our written and spoken language?)

  • Academic English 7 – Complete exercises for vocabulary unit #13. These are due on Thursday. Quiz on vocabulary unit 13 will be on Friday. (Essential Question: How do verbs function within a sentence to help us effectively communicate and how do we know when to correctly use different types of verbs?)


  • Honors English 7 – Complete exercises for vocabulary unit #13. These are due on Thursday. Quiz on vocabulary unit 13 will be on Friday.   • Honors Reading 7 – Poetry notes – add two terms to note section. Discuss three poems from Friday. Turn in completed questions. (Essential Question: What are the elements of poetry and how do these elements enhance poems and add to their overall meaning?)

Tuesday
