Thursday
• English 7 – Finish reviewing vocabulary unit 15 packet (if necessary); Students will then begin a unit on verbs; Notes on action and being verbs and linking verbs; practice exercises from the textbook (p. 100-103); students will complete a worksheet for homework – due tomorrow
• PSSA English 9/10 - Even Day Groups – Discuss rules/expectations and procedures for the classroom.

• English 7 – Jeopardy review game for unit 15 vocabulary; students will also review the worksheet on verbs that was homework for today; notes on verb phrases and practice exercises with verb phrases in the textbook (p. 104-106); worksheet on verb phrases for homework – due Monday

• PSSA English 9/10 – Odd Day Groups – Students will analyze the setting of a literary passage by completing lesson 19 in the PSSA grade 11 book (p. 157). As a class, we will discuss the results of this lesson and any questions students may have.

• PSSA English 9/10 - Even Day Groups – Students will analyze the setting of a literary passage by completing lesson 19 in the PSSA grade 11 book (p. 157). As a class, we will discuss the results of this lesson and any questions students may have.
