Monday
• English 7 – Vocabulary packet – Unit 23: Finish reviewing worksheet and sentences (if needed); Review adverbs worksheet from last week; Textbook notes on comparing with adverbs on page 195 and notes on negatives (p. 198-199); students will complete 2 worksheets for homework

• PSSA English 9/10 – Odd Day Groups – Students will continue working on informational text lesson in the PSSA book. When finished, students will discuss the lesson together as a class.

Tuesday
• English 7 – Review any homework from yesterday on adverbs and negatives; notes on p. 201 in textbook (adjective or adverb); practice exercises for differentiating between adjectives and adverbs and practice in choosing different adjectives and adverbs

• PSSA English 9/10 - Even Day Groups – Students will continue working on informational text lesson in the PSSA book. When finished, students will discuss the lesson together as a class.

Wednesday
• English 7 – Review any homework from yesterday; Begin reviewing unit on modifiers (adjectives and adverbs) p. 206-207 in textbook in preparation for a test on modifiers; Jeopardy review for vocab. Unit 23

• PSSA English 9/10 - Odd Day Groups – Students will independently complete a practice PSSA reading passage with questions for poetry.

Thursday
• English 7 – Quiz on vocab. Unit 23 words; Definitions, worksheet, and sentences for vocabulary list 24

• PSSA English 9/10 - Even Day Groups - Students will independently complete a practice PSSA reading passage with questions for poetry.

Friday
• English 7 – Review unit on modifiers (adjectives and adverbs) p. 206-207 in textbook (test next week)

• PSSA English 9/10 - Odd Day Groups – Students will work on a lesson from the PSSA book on differentiating between essential and non-essential information (p. 73-79)
